BLE_OTA app for iPhone and iPad

The latest upgrade and bug-fixing is accessible to the Bluetooth devices developed by our
company through an Ota-based application. its workflow is as follows
1. Search Bluetooth devices in this app
2. Click and connect related Bluetooth
3. After the device is connected, click the upgrade to send the upgrade file to the
devices to get the new functions.
4. Having completed upgrade, the device will restart
